Right of withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following instructions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which cannot be attributed predominantly to commercial or professional activity:

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period of revocation shall be 14 days from the date on which you - or a third party you designate, which is not the carrier - have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must notify us (Steinhauser Spezialmaschinen GmbH, Nebelseestraße 18-22, 72519 Veringenstadt, Tel: 0049 (0) 7577 939-0, Fax: 0049 (0) 7577 939-750, E-Mail: info@wastema.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.

In order to keep the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the shipping charges (except for the additional charges resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), within a period of 14 days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. For refunding we use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction, unless something different will be explicitly agreed; in no case you will be charged for these repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods or until you have proved that you have returned these goods, depending on what is earlier.

You have to return or to hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract to

The deadline is respected if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days.

You will bear the direct charges of returning goods.

You must only pay for a possible loss of value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
